The Soren 5 comes as a woodburner, but an optional multi fuel kit is also available should you wish to be able to burn smokeless fuels. The Ivar  5 wood burning stove is ideal for installations new-build and existing fire places. Large viewing glass and a sleek, modern construction - the Ivar 5 has a stunning shaped cast iron door which is easy opened using the removable stainless steel door handle.

A heat shield is also available for this stove as an optional extra, allowing it to be placed closer to a flammable wall. Direct air kit is also available should you require one.

The quality and controls of the Dik Geurts range are second to none. The control is via a single slider below the door. This is smooth and simply GLIDES easily at the touch of a finger from left (closed) to right (open). It is immediately responsive on all models and controls almost with the look of a gas fire. You will instantly feel the heat increase and decrease on all models. This is something you really have to experience to believe ! From cold to full temp and pumping heat into the room literally only takes about 15mins.

Visitors here are always welcome and even if a stove is not lit, we are more than happy to light it so you can have a play and experience this yourself

At Natural Heating, we aim to dispatch all orders placed by 12pm midday on the same day - any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding weekends).

To save on shipping cost, collection from our showroom in Attleborough, Norfolk is available during opening hours - please contact us ahead of time to confirm stock availability. Payment must be made in store and cannot be accepted by phone or online as proof of collection.

PARCEL DELIVERY

For smaller products such as stove spares and other accessories, we offer the following shipping services:

Under 2kg

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 woking days): £3.50
• Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days): £5.50

Over 2kg

• DPD Next Day (24 hours, excluding weekends) for Mainland UK: £8.99
• Evri Economy (3-5 working days) for Highlands & Islands: £15.00

PLEASE NOTE - there is a weight limit of 15kg for deliveries to Highlands & Islands. If in doubt, please contact us for more information. 

Pallet Delivery

For larger products such as wood burning and multi-fuel stoves, we offer an Economy Pallet delivery service for Mainland UK. For deliveries to Highlands & Islands or faster shipping options, please contact us directly before placing an order.

PLEASE NOTE - stock marked as "Showroom Only" is not available for delivery or online sales. If you'd like to find out more about "Showroom Only" products, please contact us. 

From dispatch, the delivery can take approx 2 to 4 working days. The courier will contact you a day before they plan to deliver to confirm the delivery date - please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address, as the driver cannot leave the goods outside without someone present to accept delivery. This would arrive on a lorry with tail lift and pallet truck, so you should not be required to help lift the pallet from the lorry. This would be a curb-side delivery, so the driver can only leave the pallet as close to your home as possible - in case of bad weather, our pallets are plastic wrapped which will keep the contents dry in the event that you do not have help lifting the contents inside and the pallet must be left outside for a few hours.

Please note that in the event you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver on the agreed delivery date, there will be a £40 re-delivery charge to either re-deliver the pallet or return it to our premises. We require TWO contact numbers for all pallet deliveries - if a second number is not included, dispatch MAY be delayed until another contact number is provided. To avoid delays, please include a second contact number in the "Additional Telephone" section in the Checkout Basket.

Before signing off on the delivery, PLEASE INSPECT THE GOODS - while we pack each pallet securely, any damage during transit must be reported to the driver immediately and reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Failure to do so results in the voiding of transit insurance as glass is only insured to point of delivery and unless signed as damaged, we would not be able to claim for this on your behalf. 

Showroom Only Stoves

This stove model is kept in stock and on display here in our showroom.

Many higher end stove manufacturers do not allow their products to be sold online. Some people may think this is silly as could reduce their sales, BUT what it really means is that you; the customer; gets proper advice, service, support and back up direct from us - your retailer and stockist.

Photos are all well and good, but do not let you physically touch and feel a product nor properly assess suitability.

Customers are always welcome to come visit, view and have a coffee / tea and some home made cake. You will never be given a sales pitch - just honest advice and assistance if required. Even if you do choose to buy a stove - there is no commitment to having to use our services for installation.

We keep good stocks of most stoves including showroom only models. Should you wish to purchase a showroom only stove but arrange your own installation, you are most welcome to do.
